HACKATHON PARTICIPATION
We are pleased to announce that we are participating in the ongoing Xend Finance Hackathon
We are starting off our hackathon participations with the Xend finance Hackathon. We will be participating in a lot more of these hackathons in the nearest future! The world needs to know and appreciate what we are doing here at Farm Grid.
Xend Finance, the first decentralized finance (DeFi) platform in the continent has announced the continent's largest hackathon. Dubbed “Decentralizing Africa and Beyond”. The first Xend Finance DeFi Hackathon is focused on promoting the dreams and visions of blockchain and cryptocurrency as well as decentralizing the financial sector, invariably giving the masses financial freedom.
The hackathon corresponds with the Xend Finance Software Developer Kit (SDK) release, allowing individuals to build on top of the Xend Finance DeFi platform, a Layer-2 DeFi infrastructure.
HOW FARM GRID IS BUILDING ON THE XEND FINANCE DEFI INFRASTRUCTURE
Farm Grid is building on the XEND ( Layer 2 Defi) Infrastructure using the Xend SDKs. We are going to stake 50% of Farm sponsors funds into Xend under the Credit Union platform. With this, we will be earning incentives and interest for staking which in turn will be given to our Farm sponsors. Farm Grid integrating with Xend will increase earning for our farm sponsors. Farm sponsors will not only be earning from the Layer 2 Defi (Xend), they will also be earning from the real life proceeds, and our $GRID token as incentives.
Judges for the hackathon
Binance Smart Chain, Google, Huobi, Polygon, and Coindesk will be amongst the judges and speakers of the three month Hackathon. Also, Mike Novogratz, CEO of Galaxy Digital, Zack Seward, Managing Editor of Coindesk, among others will participate in the event.

- Get Xend in your metamask
2. To get Xend into your meatmask,
a.Swap your USDT in the meatmask for $Xend token
b. Buy $XEND token in exchanges ( AscendEX, Gate.io, ZT, Hotcoin Global, PancakeSwap (V2), MEXC, Etc).
c. Move the $XEND to your metamask wallet
